SEESM

Our consulting methodology, SEESM comes from the culmination of over 10 years of targeted research and use on live projects. It has undergone continual change to ensure that as client needs change the methodology still provides a robust framework.

SEESM has been used effectively in both large scale projects as well as small to medium businesses seeking performance improvement. Its purpose is to provide a foundation for our consultants to be able to apply market proven business models to provide flexible solutions for our clients.

SEESM has a number of core analysis models such as the contribution analysis model shown below. This particular conceptual model helps us position a client organization within their particular business environment.

The concept of the enabler is fundamental to SEESM and the process analysis models that have been developed from using this concept. An enabler can be any object that is used by an organization in its operations.

The object can be at any level of the organization, up to and including the organization itself.

The level chosen will depend on the performance view that our client wishes to take. It could be at the people view, the operational view, the technology view, the departmental view to name a few.

Once the view is chosen we will work with our client to determine the enablers for that view. Our analysis then looks at the effort flow for that enabler. The prime flow looks at how well the enabler supports the purpose of the view. Plus, how does the output of one enabler affect another connected enabler.

For any organization that is involved in the area of consulting there success or failure is dependent upon how well they manage the transformation of the client organization from the old to the new way of operations. Where this is at a strategic level or simply at a process definition or master file definition level.

Bispro has developed a framework, based on all of the implementations that it has carried out for clients, that guides both the consultants and the clients team through the various components that need to be addressed during an engagement that involves a transformation stream.

SEESM has been used effectively in both large scale projects as well as small to medium business seeking performance improvement. Successful and sustainable transformation is targeted outcome of every engagement.

As a part of the framework we develop a business stimulus profile (BSP). This profile ensures that the correct approach is taken within the transformation depending upon what it is that the organization wants to affect.

In line with our SEE methodology the profile can be applied to a number of levels ranging from the organization to individual initiatives. In any assignment all profiles must be considered. Our four BSP’s are:

  • Strategize – Under this profile an organization or particular project stream is concerned with the planning aspects.
  • Energize – Under this profile an organization or particular project is concerned with how to motivate and influence transformation.
  • Realize – Under this profile an organization or particular project is concerned with making the transformation happen and ensuring sustainability of the transformation.
  • Preserve – Under this profile an organization or particular project is concerned with ensuring what has been achieved is maintained. This profile looks at continuity, risk management etc.

Other Methodology

Hollistic Business View

Bispro has developed a frame work to assist our clients to develop and deploy robust and workable processes in their organisation. The framework keeps us focused on the important aspects of the implementation. We adopt a performance centric approach where the metrics are placed directly on the workflows. These performance metrics are then allocated to a process or activity owner.

Process Engineering

Bispro has developed a market proven methodology to transform organizations. Our methodology looks at not only achieving the transformation but how to ensure that the transformation will have sustainability and be fully integrated into the organization as the new way of doing things.

EERCP

Our methodology focuses on managing 5 key aspects of business operations through what we call our 5 microscopes. Each microscope applies a different view to the consultants focus.
