Components
• Policy Design — designing and socializing the policies that drive the organization. This is across all structural units.
• Process and SOP/Work Flow engineering — the design and deployment of effective business processes and associated SOP’s/workflows. Critical to this component is the design of operational control points, SLA’s and process KPI’s for process performance monitoring. We can do this under a number of scenarios such as Six Sigma, xEngineering, etc.
• System to Process Alignment — this is ensuring the effective use of systems to support operational processes and ensuring that the correct information is captured for effective decision making. This includes evaluating the benefit of automating processes. We can assist in office automation, sales force automation and CRM.
